What are frames, and what's the difference between frames and nonframes?

Frames help make a site easier to view. It enables a bar on the side of the page that let's you pick what topic or page you wish to view then loads it while still keeping that bar on the side of the page. It basically stops you from having to use your backspace key or tracking back to the main page just to view another page.

NonFrames is just the basic page set up. Nothing fancy. It's better used for viewers with slower computers. Slower computers, like mine, can not view pages with frames and flash very well. It takes a very long time to load.

So for slower computers you would be best using nonframes, and for faster computers and viewers who want to browse the page with a bit more ease, use frames!
